About Morgana Toro
Morgana Toro is a former pastry chef from Brazil who, after many years of experience in South America and Europe, decided to approach flavour in a different way by starting a career as a bartender. She did so at the Artesian bar, where she continues to learn and improve her palate.
Morgana takes inspiration from pastry’s techniques and flavour combinations to develop her drinks, and that’s how Escoffier was created.
