This is a seasonal and Japanese-inspired twist on a Margarita, featuring St. Germain for a lovely, fresh elderflower kick, with subtle hints of the Açai berry. Both of these flavours harmonise perfectly with the vegetal notes of Patron Tequila, the cocktail also includes a touch of Mirin which is a Japanese condiment similar to Sake which adds a lovely salinity and umami flavour and also Supasawa which adds acidity to the cocktail instead of lime juice and keep a nice, clean looking cocktail.
