General FAQ's

Where are the cocktails made?

All products are made & created at our Office in East London, by a team that have undergone a full training on how to operate in a safe and hygienic setting, following the guidelines given by the UK government.

How will it be packaged?

Each cocktail will arrive as one single serve, in a recyclable pouch or glass bottle. The pouches can be returned in a free post envelope & The Drinks Drop team will arrange for these to then be recycled.

Who will deliver it?

All of our National deliveries are made by one of our delivery partners - DPD or Royal Mail. Any orders placed through Deliveroo will be made by their own contracted delivery people.

When will my order be delivered?

National Deliveries will be delivered the next working day on orders placed before 3pm Mon - Thurs (this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Aberdeenshire & the Isles, which takes 2 days and costs an additional £10 – you must select this option at shipping when checking out).

I live in London, can I still order drinks for same day delivery?

Yes! We now use Delvieroo as our same day delivery partner. Just head over to the Deliveroo app and search for us to see if we can deliver to your address. Our Deliveroo operating hours are Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes of course. Be sure to add your gift note when you reach the Basket. We’ll print this out and add it to your order.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes! Please email us on to purchase. When emailing, please state the amount (in GBP) that you wish the voucher to be.

Should I add a garnish to my drink?

It's not a necessity but if you'd like to add a little something extra then head over to the product page for your cocktails recommended garnish, where applicable.

How are the bars supported?

We see this as a cooperative for the bars and their bartenders. A percentage of profits will be given back to the Bars that we partner with, so that you can support your favourite venues without having to leave your home.

How do I serve it?

All of our cocktails are delivered ready to drink. Follow the serving instructions on the back of each cocktail for how to serve your cocktail. If you want to save your cocktail for later then simply store in the fridge. Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes before you’re ready to enjoy.

Can I recycle the pouches?

All of our orders come with a free post returns envelope. The pouches need to be recycled in quite a specific way, send them back to us and we’ll take care of the recycling for you.

How long do the cocktails last?

All of our cocktails need to be kept refrigerated and have a use by date of at least 1 month. Or, you can keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Subscription FAQ's

What's included in my subscription?

Select either a monthly 2, 6 or 12 box and we’ll send you drinks created by some of the world’s most celebrated bars. Each month you’ll also receive a virtual menu telling you everything you need to know about your cocktails & the bars that created them. Every box is expertly curated by our team ensuring you get a diverse variety of cocktails every time, including off-menu bonuses and exclusive O.G favourites.

Can I request specific drinks?

Our team of expert Bartenders will specially curate the selection of drinks for your box each month. If you have opted for a box of 6 or 12, we will always include one off menu drink. If you have any specific allergies, please list these in the notes section when viewing your basket. We'll make sure to swap drinks out where necessary.

When will my cocktails arrive?

Your first box will be sent the month after the subscription was started. For example, if you start your subscription in February, your first box will arrive in the first week of March. All boxes will be shipped in the first week of the month. Boxes are delivered either by DPD or Royal Mail and you should receive delivery notifications once the box is ready to ship.

Can I change my subscription once its started?

If you have opted for a monthly subscription and wish to change the number of drinks you receive each month, you would need to cancel your subscription and start a new one with the new amount. If you've paid for an annual subscription, we are unfortuantely not able to change the number of drinks you receive each month.

How do I change my shipping details or payment method?

Just head to the Subscriptions tab on our website and select 'Manage Subscription'. From here you can update your address, contact details and payment method.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Head to the 'Manage Subscription' page and scroll to the bottom. Here it will give you the option to Cancel.
