French 75, Artesian Bar
The first on our February highlights is the French 75. Artesian Bar’s second addition to our winter menu is made with Hendrick's Gin, Lemon & Champagne Cordial, Lillet Blanc, Absinthe, Cucumber Syrup, and Cucumber Pastis. This gorgeous combo creates a sharp, fresh, and incredibly decadent cocktail which is strong whilst also delicate. Celebrating the Hendrick's Gin that's at its heart, the cucumber and absinthe help add a roundness to the final taste. Get yours here.
Irish Coffee Martini, Dockleaf
Whisky and coffee… what more could you want? Liverpool’s very own Dockleaf have created a smooth and velvety, Irish Coffee Martini which combines two classic cocktails to create a new, modern classic. What drink could be further away from February’s grey skies? The Rose Vesper has been created by Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Café using Cocchi Rosa & Cocchi Americano, Citrus Gin, and Vodka.
